Ningbo Shengbang Garment Co., Ltd, as a sub-company affiliated to Peacebird Investment Group Co., Ltd, is the part of design, R&D and manufacture in Peacebird¡¯s garment sector.
New production base of Peacebird will be of 100050©O, and the 1st stage project covers 40000©O with a total investment of 120 million CNY. There are 3 sub-factories, which is including shirt/blouses workshop, casual wear/sportswear workshop, knit wear workshop and lady¡¯s wear workshop. The annual capacity of garments reaches to 6 million pieces(sets), and we¡¯ve become one of biggest OEM bases in China.
Shengbang Garment, adhering to the concept of Sci-Tech vanguard, has introduced advanced equipments of JUKI, Kannegiesser, DURKOPP ADLER, BROTHER. The company has 18 advanced production lines covering an integration of computerized normal sewing, steam ironing, style-finishing and adhesion jobs along with CAD computer design system and ERP management system..

The company has passed ISO 14001: 1996 environment control system authentification; OHSAS 18001: 1999 professional health & safety control system authentification; ISO 9001: 2000 quality system re-audit and REEBOK¡¯s authentification. The products have won the gold prize in China International Fashion Expo, the title of customer-trustworthy products, confirmed to be excellent products by the state garment supervisory center through a long-term supervision. The products got the recognization of inspection-exempted by the state in 2003.
The company has established a close business relation with REEBOK, VOLCOM, DECATHLON, TOYOTA, REDBULL, SAUCONY, UMBRO, CONRADC, NEWMEN and other multinational corporations.
